Login Issues
Currently, the course platform supports login with email link and login with GitHub.
If you’re having trouble with the email links, check the answers below.
The email link usually arrives within 30 seconds, but it can take longer.
If you don’t see the email, it could be hiding in the “promotions” tab or spam folder.
If you still haven’t received it after 5 minutes, try the “Resend email” option.
This can happen for a number of reasons and here’s what you need to know:
- Email links are single-use. Any old links will become invalid as soon as you request a new one (this is a security measure). If you requested an email link more than once, make sure you click on the most recent one.
- Email links expire after 24 hours. After that, you need to login again to request a new link.
- Certain enterprise email systems will scan and open all the links inside the email to check if it’s safe. As a workaround, I’m using a custom email link that will redirect you to a page where you can click on a button to confirm your login.
- If you use Microsoft Defender, you may get a banner saying “This website is classified as malicious” when you open the email. This is a false positive and you should click on the “Continue anyway” link to complete the login process.
If you’re using an enterprise email system or you’re unable to login, please contact courses@codewithandrea.com and I’ll help you out.
Other Questions
Look for an email that says “Welcome to Code with Andrea Pro”. If you have received it, you can use your email address to login to this platform and access the courses.
Note that the platform does not include these two courses:
- Flutter & Firebase: Build a Complete App for iOS & Android
- Flutter REST API Crash Course
This is because they’ve been out of date for a long time and are no longer on sale.
Unfortunately, it was not possible to migrate the course progress from Teachable to the new platform.
However, each lesson has a checkbox you can use to mark it as complete.
Once you log in, you’ll be able to see all your purchases on the profile page.
This page also contains a link called “View All Orders”. You can use this to see all orders placed on LemonSqueezy from the 20th of February 2024 onwards.
Note that Teachable does not offer a customer portal, so any courses purchased on Teachable will not appear there.
Sure do! You can view the roadmap and check the latest status here:
Other than that, you’ll receive email updates if you signed up for the waitlist.
If something is not working, shoot me an email at courses@codewithandrea.com and I’ll look into it. 👍
